Informacijos mokslai (Eng. Information sciences) is a scientific journal that covers wide range of topics from information and communication field: topics of information and knowledge society, its legislative, technological, cultural and economic aspects, information and knowledge management questions, theoretical and practical researches on organisational communication management, gender communication, investigations of media management, media culture, international and intercultural communication. Only original scholarly articles and surveys discussing all kinds of problems of communication and information, book reviews and academic chronicles could be accepted and published.

 

Languages. The journal accepts articles in Lithuanian and English.

Charges. The journal does not charge article processing charges or submission charges.

Viešoji politika ir administravimas (Eng. Public Policy and Administration) is a scientific journal that focuses on the research concerning the theories of public policy and administration as well as practical applications and reflections of these ideas and paradigms. The purpose of this journal is to encourage scientific research aimed at finding new theoretical and practical solution for the formation and implementation of public policy, analysis of current trends in public administration and suggest new alternatives for decision making and implementation for public administration practice along with critical evaluation of the processes of public administration in Eastern and Central Europe. The journal seeks to contribute to the improvement of the research methodology in the field of public policy and to ensure effective dissemination of scientific knowledge by publishing relevant up-to-date studies and conference reviews.

The overall themes of articles vary between: Theoretical aspects of public administration; Transformations and reforms of modern public administration; Public policy and its structural-functional analysis; Civil service and management of public sector staff; Self-governance and the theory and practice of regional management; Management of public resources; E-governance and e-services in the public sector; Theory of public organisations; Democratisation of public administration; Comparative analysis of forms, models and changes of public administration.
